Returns                                                                                                           

Due to the unique, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items                                                                                                       

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We require the following information to process your return:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage or defect

  • Photographic evidence of the item

Once we receive your information, we will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Process                       

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@latelierane.com with your order details and photos of the item.

  2. Receive Confirmation: We will review your request and provide further instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: If a return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label for the return. Please package the item securely to prevent further damage during transit.

 

Refunds                                                                                                               

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within a certain number of days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Exceptions                                                                                                         

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged due to improper handling.

  • Customized or personalized items, unless they are damaged or defective.
