At L'Atelier Ané, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed today will be shipped the following business day. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. In the Netherlands, shipping costs are €7.10. For international orders, shipping costs may vary based on the delivery location. We aim to ship all orders the next day, but please keep in mind that current delivery services typically deliver within 2-3 business days. While we make every effort to adhere to these timelines, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

In case of any delivery delays, we are not responsible for issues caused by the delivery service. Orders over €300 are eligible for free shipping.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will carefully assess the situation and offer the appropriate solution, whether it's a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
